  I really love the atmosphere, the accessibility and the flavors of drinks and food here. My only issue is the service, the quality of drinks and availability of food is wildly inconsistent. I usually arrive later in the afternoon and sometimes my barista is very welcoming and other times obviously wants me to leave as soon as possible. Sometimes there is food available and other times they'll say they can't make anything, even more than an hour from closing. Sometimes they'll gladly make a custom drink (Mexican hit chocolate, just a hit chocolate with cayenne) and the next week they've never had cayenne.
  
  I still come here every week and I do actually love it there, but I will say it's not a consistent experience. It seems like there are lot of staff turnovers.

  Had to wait 30 MINUTES FOR A BAGEL. Asked several times where it was. When we got it, it wasn't even toasted like we confirmed several times. Insanely loud and stressful. Find another independent coffee shop.
